Lisa Pelzer, Consultant
Lisa Pelzer works at Pelzer & Associated Partners as a Consultant. She holds an international business degree and completed an excellent master's thesis on the topic of "Geopolitical Risk and the Energy Sector."
Her particular interest lies in business psychology and the economic impact of cultural differences within employee teams.
In addition to her previous work on the development of the algorithm for our C4E (Cost for Emotion) analysis tool, she is involved in conducting surveys with international clients. Her focus is primarily on assessing the success of our consulting services from the perspective of clients and their employees. Through her efforts, Lisa Pelzer provides valuable insights to both our clients and us, contributing to the continuous improvement of our work.
